Insufficient storage on iPhone 11 despite deleting thousands of photos

I have tried everything but my iPhone 11 still keeps saying my phone is full, I deleted more than half of my gallery(over 10,000 pics) but still no effects. I don’t know what to do again, I don’t have up to 2,000 pics and my phone is saying my photos is taking all the space

Your iPhone has practically run out of storage, and iCloud Storage often is a good substitution for Photos, but you are also out of that. Since your iPhone's storage is un-upgradable, I suggest you purchase more iCloud Storage to store your Photos in. That will free up your iPhone's storage and have your Photos synced and backed up. Note, once you upgrade your storage tier, make sure you have Photos set to Optimize iPhone Storage. That will exponentially decrease the storage use on your iPhone.
