Is there any way at all of using Siri for CarPlay without involving AI at all?

I really liked using CarPlay I found it very valuable and easy to use and much safer than having to use a phone to navigate. But I had to get a new phone that has Apple Intelligence on it. I do not want AI on my phone. I do not want it enabled. I have no use for it. I consider most generative AI used to be intellectual theft and I do not want it learning anything at all for me for any reason whatsoever.

On my previous phone I only had Siri for CarPlay. I never used it for anything else. I liked that I had the option of using a button to activate it instead of it always listening to me. Is there any way at all that I can activate Siri only to use it for CarPlay without involving AI or activating AI. I have never turned it on on this phone and I would prefer to not ever have to do so. I would rather look at a map on my little tiny phone than a map on my car screen and turn on AI. Even if I activate it and then deactivate it to use Siri without learning anything for me or looking at my phone or doing a single thing with any data I would be willing to consider that but I don’t want to turn it on and off for nothing. is there anything at all that can be done so I can use CarPlay again?

iPhone 16e, iOS 18
