1.Why is the globe icon to change the keyboard for the right hand in the left corner?
2.Why can't I change the button size? They're too small now because I often press the wrong one.

The globe icon position depends on your keyboard layout and one-handed mode. If it’s showing on the left, try Settings → General → Keyboard → One-Handed Keyboard and set it to Right — that usually moves the icon.
Unfortunately, iOS doesn’t currently allow changing key size in the default keyboard. If button size is an issue, you can try third-party keyboards like Gboard or Microsoft SwiftKey, which offer adjustable key spacing and layout options.

All anyone here can say is because it's how Apple made their keyboard. If you don't like the keyboard, use the link Lawrence Finch provided to give feedback to Apple. There are, by the way, loads of 3rd party keyboards in the App Store. Perhaps one of them would give you more options to customize it?
Regarding the button size, why not turn off One Handed Keyboard?

It wouldn't violate any rules, but I don't have any issue using the native iOS keyboard, so I've never felt the need to use a 3rd party keyboard, so I can't honestly recommend one. I would google "best ios keyboards" and read some of the reviews.

You could just as well ask “why is the letter “a” on the left side of the keyboard for the right hand"

No, I need a one-handed keyboard, due to it being difficult sometimes to use the usual one hand on modern Max iPhones. But not always
