How to get rid of the bar above the keyboard on iOS 26

After updating my iPhone to iOS 26 I have this bar above the suggested auto correct words that has the following icons: a key, a credit card, location pin, check mark. Especially on form fields on the internet it persists and blocks part of the screen and sometimes hides the ability to click a submit button or continue button on forms. It also shows on various webpages not even in form mode. It’s very obtrusive and annoying. How do I get rid of this? See screenshot.

This is a horrible feature - It shows up EVERY time I do anything. It interferes with my text. It takes up 6.4% of the screen. Apple needs to fix this.

And please, don't tell me I can just minimize it, that' gets really annoying when it comes back up every 30 seconds. STOP THE MADNESS APPLE.

I’m not looking to hit the check mark every time I type on my keyboard. It’s still in Safari and the same intrusiveness as shown in this screenshot.

I also hate this intrusive new "feature." I hope one day there's a way to stop it. One more nail in the coffin of my phone use. I'm glad to not be the only one who finds this extremely annoying.

Such a dumb feature. Adds no value and actually, just makes it harder to use. I wish they'd just get rid of it.

Incorrect. This is no extension. It’s on all browsers. Safari, Chrome, Etc. it’s part of the heinous iOS 26 updates. Please read through this thread and you’ll see.
