I needed to close my exercise ring for my monthly challenge award. Went for an hour outside walk which tracked but my exercise ring didnt close and I missed out on my monthly challenge. Turned watch off and on numerous times can anyone help?

In order for the watch to count walking as an exercise you must be moving briskly. I think it used to be 3.3 mph or 5.3 kph.
If you are unable to move at the required speed you can always use "Other" workout and all your time will count towards your exercise ring.
