MacBook Pro M4 USB-C docking station for triple monitor setup and PC compatibility

I have an M4 MBP. I am looking for suggestions on docking stations, KVMs etc. What I want to do is sit down at my desk, plug in one cord to the USB-C on my MBP and have it display to all three monitors (Built-in + 2 on desk), charge, and access ethernet to my NAS. I have this at my work on my company provided Dell PC via a Dell docking station. Is there anything I can purchase that will provide this at home? Additionally, I would like it to be both Mac and PC compatible as I sometimes work from home on my Dell. TIA

The Mac supports up to two fully hardware accelerated displays from one port ONLY when the port, the cable and the first device (Dock or Display) is a genuine Thunderbolt device.

USB-C has only at best half the data bandwidth of ThunderBolt, so The Mac simply does not support multiple displays over USB-C — Display data rates are too high for consistent, reliable use of two devices. The ThunderBolt cable must be rated for high speed 40 G bits/sec and appropriately short, 0.5 meters or less.
