Restricted Apple Pay due to multiple accounts

I created a new account and I was trying to do my Apple Pay and verify everything but then it’s restricted me because it says I had the own one and I can have both said something about the spelling whatever is left on one of them or something I just wanna give h my

Original Title: You shut down my Apple Cash because I had opened a new account and what happened was the old one and they restricted it because I can’t have to so I wanna get rid of the old one and keep the new one anybody help me
