Why am I losing so much battery when I sleep? I slept for like 6+ hours and lost 7 percent? I heard people losing less or 0 when they sleep please help.

7% loss in 6 hours is nothing to be concerned about. The phone is constantly working to remain connected to a network, it's syncing data, it's refreshing in the background, etc. Just because you're not using the phone, doesn't mean it's not working.

The bigger question is why you are not charging your phone while you sleep. It is the single best way to preserve the health of your battery, by plugging your phone in to charge when you go to bed at night, leaving on its charger, ALL night, EVERY night, with Optimized Battery Charging enabled and the phone connected to Wifi. Not only will you awaken to a fully charged phone, ready for a days use, but one which is backed up nightly to iCloud, so you'll never be able to lose more than a couple hours of data, should something go wrong.

Things are still happening in the background even though you may not be using the phone.

Why are you not connecting the phone to the power adapter and leaving it connected all night.....every night.....as Apple recommends?

This way, you start each day with the battery fully charged. (It is impossible to overcharge the battery if that might be what you are thinking.....despite what you might have "heard").
