my iphone is buzzing really loudly

every time i get a call or notification my phone buzzes very loudly and idk what to do

Did you already try to change the volume in Settings/Sound&Haptics/Ringtone and Alerts, and check the settings for Haptics -> Haptics For Ringtones And Alerts?

Loud Buzz My up to date iphone ten will occasionally loudly buzz and just about jump out of my hand. I haven’t installed anything new - just the iphone system updates. Anyone have an idea what’s happening?

INTERMITTENT sounds when receiving text messages. iPhone SE latest version-when receiving text messages sound is intermittent. HAVE CHECKED MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS, (NOTIFICATIONS, THEN MESSAGES, THEN NOTIFICATION GROUPING.) Turning off phone completely, and focus is off for everything. Very annoying -works at times, doesn’t at other times, Gone around in circles trying to make an appointment for repair/assistance at Penn Sq Store OKC, OK.

If you mean a haptic buzz when you answer that goes on for quite a few seconds, then very soon, maybe this week, you will hopefully have a setting to turn off haptics for calls.
