I have a brand new I phone 14 been using it for only few months, today I have picked up the phone to make a call and see 3 rainbow line from top to bottom on the screen , the phone has not any water drop o any damage as I keep safe and use it carefully

That's a hardware failure with the digitizer in the screen. You'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius for evaluation and service options, but it will likely require having the screen replaced.

Ps: I'm not sure how you got a brand new iPhone 14. It was discontinued by Apple in February, so months ago. Who did you buy it from, clearly NOT Apple because the don't sell them any longer

Your phone came with a one year manufacturer warranty. Take the phone to your closest Apple Store and they'll explain what your options are.
the screen must have been either damaged or there is something wrong with the screen connectors. Could also be an motherboard issue.
