iPhone 15 Pro won't play Hulu live tv

Hulu live TV will not play on my iPhone 15 Pro. I get the error code "RUNUNK13." Live TV plays on every other Apple device and TV sets in my house. Hulu has not provided a solution. They say I am "not showing up" on their system (even though the account is in my name). I have done the standard things such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, making sure I have latest IOS, location on, etc. Are there any other things I can do on my phone that might fix this?

If I had to guess, I'd say that UNK is short for "UNKnown" and that this is some sort of catchall error code.

I found these on the Web. You might want to see if they are any help. It sounds like one cause of this error can be when the Hulu app's cache gets corrupted, and that clearing this cache can, in some cases, restore service.
