Audio from video playing in background even when it’s closed

I have an iPhone 15 pro max and it keeps playing an audio from a video i recorded and deleted in the background. I deleted the video and even restarted my phone 3 times and it randomly starts playing that sound even when nothing is open, and over my music or audio books. It is weird since I deleted the video so not sure why the sound is still playing.
