The tests by the French agency use a different methodology that includes testing SAR for limbs under conditions that don’t match typical phone usage, such as measuring radiation when the phone is off-body but tested as if on the body. The French agency also acknowledges that the increased emission levels are far below those scientifically considered harmful.
