can't delete contacts

I tried all of these below and I still can't delete contacts.

We see you have a contact on your iPhone that you're not getting the "Delete Contact" option. The steps below are how you delete a contact

1. Open Contacts and tap the contact that you want to delete.

2. Tap Edit.

3. Scroll Down and tap Delete Contact then tap Delete Contact again to confirm.

If you're still not getting the Delete Contact option, open the Contacts app, press and hold on the contact until a list of actions appear. Delete Contact should be the last option.
