I freaking shaved my eyebrows now I can’t see my hidden apps because my Face ID won’t recognize me. My stolen device protection is on so I can’t change my Face ID or make an alternate one. HELP.

I'm honestly not sure what to recommend next, so I'll suggest you contact Apple Support directly. If you're in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE
Open Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Enter your Passcode > Set up an alternate Face ID.
