You did not complete the entire form.

"You did not complete the entire form."

I went to App Store to download an app. When I sign into the App Store I get this message "This Apple ID has not yet been used in the ITunes Store. Tap review to sign in, then review your account information."

I tap review, agree to terms and conditions and fill out everything. Country, title, name, address and billing and then I receive this message on the billing information page. "You did not complete the entire form." Everything is filled out.

I have tried it several different times and gotten the same thing. What should I try? Please help

Is everything consistent within a single country?


Did you scroll down all the way and check for anything more to which you need to agree?

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (if you do not see your country, also look for "other" in regions; e.g., "Other Africa"), then "Choose a product". Click the "show" item under each category for more selections. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
