Wi-Fi calling not working on iPhone

Turn off Cellular Data and then try to make a call. If you can, Wi-Fi Calling is working.

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > Off

Alternately, from the Home Screen, swipe down diagonally from the upper right corner to display the Control Center. Does [Your Carrier Name] Wi-Fi Calling appear near the upper left corner of the screen?

If yes, Wi-Fi Calling is working.

If you have roaming....you have cellular. If you turn off roaming, can you make a phone call?

Wi-Fi Calling is working on your iPhone.

It may or may not appear on the Control Panel, depending on the information that is being sent / provided by your cellular carrier.

It does appear on my Control Panel on an older phone that I'm using at the moment.
