I cant access my apple id
I dont have an apple device but i use apple music. Every month apple resets my sign in information so that i have to log back into the app, but every time i try to do so the app tells me to sign in over and over again. After a couple of times of trial my account gets locked. It wasnt a very big issue before since i could just request the access to my account, but this time it is impossible for me to do. Every time i go to the request access page or change password page, it tells me that the account is locked and not able to be used. Before it would tell me to wait until apple support reaches out to me, but this time it just tells me what i already know. Theres no email i can contact and im really getting desperate. Has anybody ever had this exact issue?
