I deleted a text message. Is there any way to see it or get it back like some things say that when you trash it it’s still in there for 30 days or text messages like that in the iCloud or whatever

Tap to open Messages
Tap Edit in the upper left corner of the window
Tap Show Recently Deleted
If the message was deleted less than 30 days ago, you can select the message and tap to restore it.
If the message that you want does not appear, it was permanently deleted more than 30 days ago and cannot be recovered.
