Can text senders see they are on do not disturb/focus when they text me on their iPhone?
Can someone sending a text see that they are on do not disturb on their iPhone?

If you have Share Focus Status turned on, then anyone that messages you will see when you are using a Focus state. To turn it off, go to Settings > Focus > Focus Status > Share Focus Status.
