The New Liquid Glass Design is giving me headaches and motion sickness. Is there any way to turn this feature off. please DO NOT suggest reducing transparency and motion because these do not help my problem. I've used Apple for 20 years and this is the first time I'm seriously concidering switching to PC!

There is no option for Limit Frame Rate under Motion in 26.1
Update: My symptoms were finally resolved by doing these 2 things: 1) Upgrade from my iPhone 12 Mini to iPhone 17, and 2) under Accessibility Settings > Motion > I turned on both Reduce Motion and Limit Frame Rate. This “sets the maximum frame rate of the display to 60 frames per second”.
Hopefully you found a fix too!
Have you thought about using the Apple Shortcuts app to reduce the effect of liquid glass,that is what I have done and this is how one of my phones look;
And this is one I'm setting up now.
There is no option to Limit Frame Rate under Motion in iOS26.1. It is not there.
You will only see this option at the bottom of the Motion tab if your iPhone supports 120hz. Otherwise it is already on 60 (lowest)
