I bought my iphone 15 pro max from UAE, It is a TRA Model And its under warranty. I wanted to know if something goes south during an update will repairs be done in India

iPhone warranty is not international. Apple may limit warranty to the country of purchase. Apple Authorized Service centers in India have a storied history of denying warranty on phones not purchased in India. So we cannot tell you that if something goes wrong with your phone warranty will be honored in India. This is why it's never a good idea to purchase your iPhone in a country you don't live nor will use it.
It's at the discretion of the people at the service center. They likely won't have international iPhone models on hand for replacements, and therefore aren't obligated to honor warranties or AppleCare plans from outside their own country(except when both are in the European Economic Area or Switzerland).
That unit doesn't appear to have originated from the United Arab Emirates.
