Safari shows opaque after IOS26.1

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, is there anyway to use turn off, reduced transparency only in Safari in the iOS 26.1 update. I just updated my phone today and now when using Safari, there are opaque blocks at both of the top and the bottom when I use the top setting for tabs, which is my preferred setting. Due to visually stimulated migraines and motion sickness I cannot use the Liquid Glass, I get nauseous just looking at it on my screen. I use a lot of app grouping so everything ends up being clear.  However, I’m an avid online web novel reader and now on all websites there are opaque blocks behind menu buttons or tab buttons. It was not there when I had just iOS 26 and has only appeared with iOS 26.1.

The example I’m using is one of the most egregious because the top menu bar for this particular website has always been a dark color which is now causing the bottom opaque block to be a dark color on other websites. It blends into the background a little bit more because they tend to be all homogenously the same color. I have a video showing the different options but I couldn’t figure out how to load it on this. but I have tried toggling the tabs to top bottom and condensed, and I’ve done things such as turned on and off reduce transparency. My preferred settings are safari tabs on top and accessibility reduce transparency turned on.
