Why am I getting an error 53 when trying to restore an iPhone 7 (iOS 15.8.5) via iTunes or Appledevices gets stuck on verifying restore?

When I try to restore my iPhone via iTunes from my Windows 11 machine.

I am getting error 53 and it gets stuck on verifying restore. I also tried flash my phone from 3uTools in iTunes mode and I am getting same error code 53 with this detail.

I tried different usb ports and connecting diffirerent wifis but nothing change. How can we solve this problem?
