How to reset a second-hand iPhone

hi I'll buy second hand phone 13 pro max from Facebook market place after I'll reset then open and coming Old owner id lock now i can use phone and I'll try to contact that guy he already deactivated his fb id now please me unlock my phone

You've been scammed and you either bought a lost or stolen iPhone, which you can NEVER EVER use. There's a reason the "guy" removed his FB account and that's because he sold you a useless brick. You can't unlock it. Apple won't help you unlock it. And since you bought from someone you'll never see or hear from again, you can't get your money back. All you can do with the phone is recycle it responsibly.

Change your Facebook Credentials:
