How can I contact a higher-up at Apple?

Can someone PLEASE help me contact a higher-up at Apple?

There have now been three separate incidents where I couldn’t make emergency calls during life-threatening situations because of repeated “call failed,” which is completely unacceptable.

Over the course of the last 4 years, I’ve spent countless hours continually having to contact Apple support for the same list of problems and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the lack of help I’ve received since these issues remain unresolved and have now sent me over the edge.

Sounds more like an issue with your cell provider...?

If not cell then emergency Satellite on the new Phones— which you make no mention of the iPhone or the iOS(?)

I actually emailed him several times but didn’t get a reply but I will try to reach out with that # as well as sending it via mail (that sounds so weird to say nowadays.. maybe a pigeon carrier would also work just so I have all bases covered. lol

Thank you for providing me with the info!

Sorry about that, it’s an iPhone 15, current iOS.

I had contacted the carrier as well and there was no issues.

This “call failed” happens multiple times a day and takes 7-10 attempts before the call will finally initiate no matter who I’m trying to call, which in those instances were people I needed to get a hold of immediately.

Thank you for the #’s.
