my apple account id photo will not change no matter what i do. i accidently change my pic to a celeb instead of myself and it will not change no matter what i do i change my email address but still nothing! IOS 13 pro max

Presumably you mean iPhone 13 Pro Max. If so, go to Settings > [your Apple Account] and tap the photo there. Then choose one of the “Photos” options.
