YouTube app keeps deleting History.

First it was when I have a YouTube account signed into the app, as for some reason when I try to click the Manage Accounts button to remove the account, it doesn’t do anything. Now the issue is that my YouTube History keeps deleting itself, as when I check the Documents & Data it keeps going below 100MB. Can anyone help me with this please?
