17 Pro Max No audio or Haptic alerts on lock screen

Iphone 17 pro max messages will not play and alert sound in the locked screen

I have allow notifications on, checked the locked screen , notification center and banners,

banners style, the sound chords, and badges on. I have also restarted my phone. Nothing is working. It sounds alerts me if the phone is open.
