I have a MacBook with my old Apple ID but I’ve forgotten my password for that id and also the phone number connected to that id. The mac book has since been locked due to security reasons. How can I get it unlocked and linked to my current Apple ID
Find the original purchase receipt that shows both you as the buyer and the MacBooks's serial number and make an appointment at Apple to bring it in and have them unlock it.
Or remember the password and phone number used to lock it.
There is no other way to unlock it.
