Would like to know how to restore or transfer apple music preferable albums or mp3/4 format music with or without iTunes with iMac OS Tahoe 26.1 computer. to Classic iPod 160 gb thank you

You can’t directly drag music files to the iPod’s internal folders — the iPod database won’t recognize them.
But there is a workaround:

Important: Apple does not officially support these tools; use them at your discretion.
If you are referring to Apple's subscription service (Apple Music), note that music from there cannot be added to an iPod Classic.
If you mean music purchased from the iTunes Store, that can be copied to a Classic by using Finder on the Mac.
