My iPad is full of iPad storage, and I need to delete my photos, but they won’t delete. I have upgraded my iCloud+ storage, but my iPad storage stays the same, and I still can’t delete my photos or videos. Help please!

Buying more iCloud space won't free up space on your iPad. iCloud is syncing storage so it works hard to make sure that everything in iCloud and on all you devices remains identical. One small exception is if you optimize storage.
