iPhone 15 broadcast list messages not delivering

On my IPhone 15 on my broadcast list it’s not delivering to all the 34 contacts my messages. I see a ! (Exclamation mark in a red circle ) .I have restarted my iPhone, checked my data & network seems fine as when I send the sae message personally to each one then it delivered. .Please help me fix this issue

MMS messaging does not work on iPhone 13 I've tried turning MMS messaging on and off. I have reset the network. I'm on the latest version of IOS. This has been an issue since the phone was new. I have ignored it since many contacts have iPhones. Would be nice to send a picture to those people that don't use Apple. Went to the T-Mobile store and they said to check with Apple.

Apple does not have a “broadcast list” feature like WhatsApp.

If you’re sending one message to 34 contacts at once, it is treated as a group MMS or mass SMS, and that often triggers failures, especially when the list is large.

That’s why:

Some messages fail (red exclamation mark)
Sending individually works
Network/data is fine
The problem happens only when you send to all 34 at once

This is a known limitation with iPhones + carriers, not with your device.
