Unauthorized Change to My Apple Account Information

I hope this message finds you well.

This morning, I received an email stating that my another Apple Account information had been updated. I did not initiate or authorize any changes to my account. The change was this :

I would also appreciate guidance on the steps I should do to regain access to this account without that trusted number, I have access to my email of course.
