It sounds like the OP has already purchased a replacement phone, and plans to get rid of the broken one.
In that case, when setting up the new iPhone, the OP needs to restore the latest backup of the old phone, and turn on any iCloud synchronization features that were enabled on the old phone. The OP may also need to manually reload purchased music from a Mac or Windows PC.

Once the iPhone has been repaired, you can restore your backup from either iCloud or your MacBook. Here, I am assuming that you have been making regular back ups of your iPhone.
