Which iPad model is best for the Forscore app?

I want to use an Ipad just for the Forscore music App. Not sure what is best to buy and how old due to support problems. Can anyone help?

Can I upgrade my iPad Pro 10.5 to the latest iPadOS to support Music app features? I noticed that my iPad Pro isn’t doing some of my music features as some of my newer devices, though the feature keys are still there on the screen. Ipad mini 1 gen I still have an old ipad mini 1 gen and is working perfectly. The problem is that all the apps are not compatible for this device. This is a bad atitude from apple. we should have access to those older versions even if we had to pay a symbolic price. I´m sure this has to do with sell more products (because there are many apps that would still work fine on ipad mini and other older devises) but is sad to have a high cost device that has potencial be unusable. I wouldn´t even have access to garageband if i had not downloaded it a few years ago... it´s a shame... Not going to buy an ipad any time soon for sure...

iOS and ipadOS the same?? before purchasing a new ipad -old one is from 2016 - want to be sure that ipadOS will run Flowkey piano app as it requires a operating system of 14 or more? cant get anyone at Flowkey to answer so hope someone here can

forScore https://apps.apple.com/us/app/forscore/id363738376 requires iPadOS 17 or later, so an iPad 6th generation of later should be fine.

With that said, I would not go for something that old anyway. Look for something that can run at least iPadOS 18, otherwise it will be unsupported very quickly.
