Reduce the file size of a photo?
I am running Ventura 13.7.88 and Photos 8.0.
The steps given in previous answers to this question do NOT appear in my system
i.e File> Export> Export 1 photo> only leads to Photo Kind: (drop down choice of . . . JPEG , TIFF , or PNG )
I cannot find the 'size choices' previously described in 'answers'
Where am I going wrong?

As marksman says, clicking the disclosure button beside the word JEPG will reveal:
The setting that affects file size is the JEPG Quality one. Higher quality means larger files, and vice versa.
Those options have been there since iPhoto.

Try clicking on that button with the "v"-like character to the right of Photo Kind: JPEG and let us know if you get some additional options. I think they were there back in Ventura.
