Iphone AirPlay on full screen doesnt work.

AirPlay on full screen doesnt work. Whenever I use airplay, to send the video to my TV it doesnt work when it is on full screen. I am sending a screenshot of the message that appears, the video keeps running, but no audio nor video is shown on my TV. This was a know issue by Apple as we can see here on this thread: iPhone won't Airplay in full screen - Apple Community

It is the exact same issue, but a user found a way to workaround this (as mentioned in the discussion above). which as, put the video on picture in picture, and after that, changing the video to fullscreen, but now, not even this workaround is not working. It is a shame that apple is so lazy and unable to create an oficial workaround or to even acknowledge this bug and oficialize the workaround found by the user at the time, but now with IOS 26.1 this workaround is not even working anymore. Shame on Apple.

I wonder if anyone else found a solution for this already (besides rolling back IOS verison because this IOS 26.1 is awful and ugly).

Some apps or videos block full-screen AirPlay, or your iPhone thinks it is AirPlaying, but the TV never actually receives the stream. The on-screen message you’re seeing (“Este vídeo está sendo reproduzido em…”) means the phone believes the TV is playing it, but the TV isn’t getting audio or video.

Turn OFF full-screen, then AirPlay again

  • Exit full-screen mode on the phone.
  • Tap the AirPlay icon and choose your Samsung TV.
  • Once it’s properly connected and showing,  go full-screen again.
  • Sometimes the order makes all the difference.

This is the same workaround that solved this issue in previous iOS versions before 26.1; however, it is no longer effective as of now. This thread here > iPhone won't Airplay in full screen - Apple Community had this issue and it was solved by the workaround you said, but currently, this isnt working anymore

Restart the AirPlay...

* Turn the TV off and on.
* On iPhone: Settings → General → AirPlay & Handoff → AirPlay → Automatic.
* Disable and re-enable Wi-Fi on the phone.
* This forces a fresh connection.

This also doenst work on this version, not matter how much refreshes are made.

I understand the usage of this platform, and I completely agree with it, my comment was intended to put light on a problem that was already being discussed 2 years ago ( and probably happening longer than this), and Apple not only didnt act to solve, but they also removed the workaround (as it seems, since the previous workaround isnt working anymore), this isnt a case where users are not using a tool or service correctly, this is a case where the tool/service isnt working correctly.

Iphone AirPlay on full screen doesnt work.
