iMessage: Deleted messages reappear

iMessage all time have undeleted 3 messages.

How I can to delete the 3 not can present messages?

I try reset, logout, login again, delete, off massage.

All time have 3 undeleted not see messages in iMessage. And all time devices sinhronize and downloaded this information and not possible look that this.

Can help delete all iMessages messages ?

If I try do manage storage I look 2.3 mb, I try turn off and delete from iCloud. It’s give Error: Unable to update iCloud setting at this time, all time.
