How to fix faulty ECG function on Apple Watch Series 5 in Vietnam?

Apple watch sr5 egc function. Hello everyone, I live in Vietnam. I just bought an aw sr5 LL/A version, but the EGC function on this aw seems to be faulty. Even though I haven't worn it on my hand and turned on the EGC, the function still automatically recognizes the graph (but everything is straight lines / noise). Can everyone tell me how to fix it? I've tried resetting the factory settings and cleaning the aw, but nothing worked. Thanks everyone!

That model was discontinued over 5 years ago. The warranty is long expired.

It is still supported, but if you believe it needs service, you will have to physically take it to an Apple Store or authorized service provider in the US where it was originally sold.
