iPhone registered as lost by scammers after signing in

My cousin’s iPhone 11 was blocked by scammers. And they said her she’ll have online paid work and the only thing she needs to do is to sign in their Apple account and then put videos on TikTok. After signing in into their Apple account her iPhone was registered as lost by scammers. And now she cannot do anything with it.

How to prevent further fraudulent activities on a stolen iPhone with compromised passcode? My phone stolen together with my screen lockcode which is the same passcode to some other accounts. I had turned on Lost Mode and Erase content after my phone was stolen but they managed to reach me via my partner via an automated message claiming to be from Apple re: lost mode which I stupidly provided my lock code. After which, even though I can still find my phone on Findmy site with lost and erase pending until device is online, they were able to access my applications and conduct fraudulent transactions. I have since contacted all my important parties to block all my accounts but given that lost mode and erase doesn't seem to work, i'm really at loss of what to do from here and whether there will be further compromise to applications or documents on my phone, can Apple Support please advise? I was tricked by someone to log out of my iCloud and log in to another iCloud and they reported my iPad as lost. Now they are asking me to pay to unlock it Currently my iPad is reported lost. And when I contact them, they ask me to pay money to get it back, for me that amount of money is not small. I need a way to get out of this situation, can I unlock iCloud or something? I am very helpless.
