When I try to download itunes to my laptop windows 11 it downloads from microsoft store but the sync function doesn't work. I asked about this a week or so and got a reply that I should download from apple and there was a link but I cannot recall the details. Can anyone help please. email b*****ac11@gmail.com

if you go to the official apple website for iTunes: iTunes - Apple
Then scroll down the page to where it says: Looking for other versions?
Click the link that says "windows"
From that page you can d/l the non-microsoft-store version
