Apple USB-A Keyboard with Mac-Mini
Considering a Mac-Mini purchase. I have a USB-A keyboard and a Bluetooth track pad I use with my current old iMac. I have a USB-A to USB-C adapter. Can these devices be used with a Mac-Mini?

Yes the USB keyboard should not be a problem using a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
What Bluetooth Track Pad..?
If it Apple and does not work when connected to the Mac mini using the charging cable.
Then you will most likely need a USB mouse on a USB-C to USB-A adapter to do the setup and connect the Track Pad.
I have a USB 2 type A powered hub with all my old peripherals (including both a mouse and a keyboard) plugged into it and then connected to my mini using a USB-A to USB-C converter. No problems with that setup.
