Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro dual connect issue Mac to iPhone

I have a MacBook Pro 6-inch, 2021 Apple M1 Max Chip, and iPhone 15

I just got Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro earbuds

When using dual connection with both of my devices

when I start listening on my Mac ( and stop, pause, close the music tab on Chrome)

I cannot switch back to my iPhone to listen to some apps like FB, voice note on WhatsApp

even hearing video on my Photos app, all while the iPhone indicates it uses the EarPods ( pull down to control center, press the Volume shows the Liberty 4 pro earbuds )

But when someone calls, I can hear and talk ( the switch works ), also when I use YouTube ( for now, this is the only app on my iPhone I could switch back to )

This is very weird

Any help?

(i did all the restart, forget, connect first the iPhone / Mac .. )

It looks like the Mac is holding the earbuds and not letting go, only YouTube and a call could take the control back to the iPhone
