Mac Phone app not making calls after carrier switch

Phone App not working anymore on my Mac .

I switched carriers and now I can't call from the Mac laptop using the Phone app. Is says that I have to be on the same account on FaceTime and iCloud, but I am. I even signed out of each one and re-signed in with same email and new password. It still won't work. I restarted the Mac, still doesn't work.

What do I do now?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 26.2
