iPhone Ringing out loud with Hearing Aids

My iPhone 12 (iOS up to date) has started Ringing out loud simultaneously to ringing in my Hearing Aids, when I have Hearing Aids (MiFi) attached and setup for Ringing in the Hearing Aids only. In the Settings I layout below, where I indicated "alternatively" - this indicates I changed this setting back and forth and tested it. I have tested each Setting by calling my iPhone from my home landline, and removed the H.A.'s from my ears to be certain I am not hearing what is coming through in my HA's and mistaking it for the out loud ring of my iPhone.

My Settings are: Accessibility/ Hearing Devices / Play Ringtones (and alternatively disabled this); and Audio Routing / Call Audio / Always Hearing Devices (and alternatively - Automatic).

Also: Accessibility/ Audio & Visual / Call Audio Routing / Bluetooth Headset (and alternatively Automatic)

I have restarted my iPhone and "Forgot" and Re-paired my Oticon Real's before changing any Settings to no success.

I've had them over a year now, and since the simultaneous ringing in the ears and out loud is hard to tell apart (for the hearing impaired) it only became apparent recently while in a Church service, and I "mysteriously" became the center of attention. So, this could have been so from day 1 of getting them brand new.

Can anyone help?
