Deleting CRITICAL Imminent Threat Alert
I have an iphone17Pro with ios26.2. I received a CRITICAL Imminent Threat Alert. How do I get rid of it?
It worked! I tried the hard shut down to no avail. Thank you!

Where did you see this?
If it was while browsing the internet, then it is just an ad to scare you into subscribing to some service or downloading some software that you do not need. Navigating off of the page will remove the ad. A screenshot may be helpful to visualize what you are seeing.

I have not altered the size of my text at all. Still no clear button.
This worked for me. The other suggestions here make unnecessary and unhelpful assumptions.
