iPhone 15: Use Shortcuts to send Group Texts as Individual Texts

I have an iPhone 15, iOS 26.2. I need to send a group text as individual texts, it seems that there is a way to do it, by using Shortcuts. Can someone please share the step by step?

Unable to send Group text Between iPhone and Android IOS 18 Received the new iPhone 16 and I am on IOS 18.1. I have tried to start a group text between iPhone and Android Users and when trying to start the group, the user's names change to Red. I believe this has to do with the RCS and the mix between the other users on IOS 17, IOS 18 and Android. When I text the android user directly, it shows RCS, I add a user on IOS 18 and it works. When I add a user who is on IOS 17 I am unable to text (does not have RCS avail). How do I switch this from RCS to SMS?

Mae, thank you, this is helpful, I have used automation but the text is only going to one person in the group. I am not sure why, and it is not the first nor the last person on the list. what may I be doing wrong?
