Deleting an App:

A. Deletion of Built-In Apps:

For apps built into the macOS, they cannot be deleted.

B. Use the Administrator Password:

Are you the Administrator? You'd need to have that password to get it to happen.

C. Use an Uninstaller:

For some apps, you need an uninstaller.

Which apps?

Apps that are installed with the macOS cannot be deleted.
