An eSIM Carrier can only give an answer to this if you want WiFi Calls on eSIM.

WiFi Call is a carrier-specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you. --> Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support (IN)

Wi-Fi Calling on iPhone with eSIM:

Wi-Fi Calling is a service provided by your Carrier. You'll need an iPhone 6 or later. So, contact your Carrier. Make sure this is compile with your current services.

How can I contact my carrier?

is it the eSIM carrier or my mobile phone carrier?

Huh? What do mean your eSim carrier or your mobile phone carrier? Are you somehow paying two different companies for cellular service? eSim is nothing more than an electronic SIM as opposed to a physical SIM. If you have eSim service and you want to use Wifi calling you contact whoever you are paying for eSim service and ask if they support Wifi calling. This is a carrier specific feature. Not a feature provided by Apple.
